200-hour Hatha - Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (200-hr YTT)

Where:

Cotton Tree, Maroochydore- Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia

When: Saturday 14th January 2023  - Sunday 19th March 2023

Full-Time:  Consisting of 29 days (4 weeks)

Part-Time: Consisting of 29 days (9 Weekends) 

The first week of training begins on a Saturday; the second week, Friday, will be the week's lead day. (Fri/Sat/Sun )

 

Training Hours:

Fri:  4:30 pm – 7:30 pm 

Sat: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm 

Sun:6:00 am – 2:00 pm

This 200hr training is a fully accredited, YogaAlliance.org certified course.

Yoga Asana Techniques

Yoga Anatomy and Physiology

Yoga Philosophy, Ethics & Yogic Lifestyle

Yoga Teaching Methodology
