Full-Time:  Consisting of 22 days (4 weeks)

Part-Time: Consisting of 27 days (9 Weekends) 

Curriculum Course Requirements:

Deliver a comprehensive and dynamic certification in the FLOWST8 method, focusing on Mobility, Flexibility, Longevity, Injury Prevention, Strength, Endurance, and Mind-Muscle Control for practitioners aspiring to guide individuals in private or group settings.

This 200-hour teacher training is fully accredited with Yoga Alliance.org.

Yoga Anatomy and Physiology

Yoga Philosophy, Ethics & Yogic Lifestyle

Yoga Teaching Methodology

Student Practicum Teaching
