Easter Family Yoga Retreat

This retreat is designed to reignite the joy of play and connection. To support a high energy life there are five fields of health and well-being (mind, body, breath, relationship and rhythm). The retreat will be filled with activities that encourage you to realign and bring mindfulness back into your vitality. Coming together to share in the benefits of the natural environment, yoga and meditation, healthy meals, cultural wisdom, and fun activities for the whole family.

Enjoy and explore this idyllic location with free time to also experience the beautiful nearby rivers, beaches and nature reserves. This retreat is the perfect opportunity to take time out for yourself and the family with an experience that will always be remembered - exploring relationships, creativity and play through yoga. The retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga enthusiasts, even those family members who are yet to try it.

Activities included on the retreat:

• Yoga practice - twice daily: adult, partner, kids and family classes.

• Kids arts and crafts workshops

• Family games – amazing race treasure hunt, red faces, family-feud, trivia and bingo

• Yoga and mindfulness workshops

• Easter egg hunt

• Fancy dress and talent quest

• Surfing, fishing and paddle boarding (BYO or hire is available)

• Hiking and mindfulness walks

• Aboriginal cultural walk – with bush tucker and medicinal exploration

• Traditional fibre weaving classes and other cultural activities (additional costs apply)

• Massage and body treatments (additional costs apply)

There are two options for accommodation – on-site family rooms (for 4 family members) or family camping sites where you BYO camping equipment.

Note: Bookings made after the 27th March, 2019 will incur an additional cost of $100 per person.

Costs include accommodation (shared room or campsite), onsite bathroom facilities, three vegetarian meals and beverages daily, all yoga classes and workshops, family activities and entertainment.

Cancellation of bookings

This is an Alcohol Free Event. Please show your respect by keeping all alcohol off premises. There is limited reception on site and we ask that use of technology be kept to a minimum.

T’s & C’s:

• Your safety is our highest priority. All of our staff are required to have a valid and up to date Police Check & Working with Children Check. We ask that children are accompanied by an adult when not in the care of a staff member.

• We will have staff members on-site at all times to ensure a safe and secure stay with us. However, personal items and valuables are to be kept in a safe location (e.g. locked in the car or on your persons) as we cannot take liability in the case of lost or damaged items.

• Fire alarms buttons are located around the premises, if these are used where no fire is present the persons responsible will incur the expense of Fire Brigade charges.

• This is an alcohol-free event, please show your respect by leaving all alcohol off premises. If you are found to have alcohol on your persons or within your room/camp-site you will be requested to leave the retreat and forfeit eligibility for any refunds.

• There is limited reception on site and we ask that use of technology be kept to a minimum during your stay with us.

• Sorry, no pets allowed.
