ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This workshop will be based on your body's correct alignment in a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga sequence, looking in-depth at simple principles to bring more potency into your yoga practice. We shall break down the foundations of potent simple Yoga practice;
- Introduction Theory
- Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) Sun Salutations postures
- Standing Sequence postures Floor Postures
- 30-minute Practice
Develop a solid understanding of alignment with consistent awareness throughout your asana (poses), and watch your practice soar to another level!
“This workshop is invaluable for progressive practice. Opening the body and its energy contained within is a great journey; still, sometimes, we need to get back to basics and learn each posture in a workshop setting to apply it safely and effectively and use the minimum amount of effort to maintain the integrity of the pose whilst we move with ease and grace.
