Join Donald Shakes as he breaks down the foundations of a potent and simple Yoga practice. Experience a practical exploration of how your yoga postures should feel in the body based on your unique anatomical structure.
- Introduction Theory – 30 minutes
- Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) – 15 minutes
- Sun Salutations postures – 45 minutes
- Standing Balancing postures – 30 minutes
- Floor Postures – 30 minutes
- Practice – 30 minutes
Develop a solid understanding of alignment with consistent awareness throughout your asana (poses) and watch your practice soar to another level!!
