Curriculum Course Requirements:
Deliver a comprehensive and dynamic certification in the Shakes Yoga method, focusing on Mobility, Flexibility, Longevity, Injury Prevention, Strength, Endurance, and Mind-Muscle Control for practitioners aspiring to guide individuals in private or group settings.
This 200-hour teacher training is fully accredited with Yoga Alliance.org.
